We operate entirely in the cloud and leverage technology for our services. Our preferred accounting software is Quickbooks Online, and we use Dext for receipt capture. Additionally, we have access to various software, including electronic payment processing and payroll, based on your specific needs. We also utilize Zoom and other video conferencing tools for meetings.
Can you assist with tax preparation and planning?
While we handle GST, PST, WCB, EHT and Payroll Source Deductions, we do not offer other income tax services. Rest assured, we can refer you to qualified accountants and collaborate with them to ensure your tax filings are complete.
How accessible is your team for questions or concerns?
All our monthly bookkeeping packages provide unlimited access to our team via email, and we can schedule phone or video meetings as needed.
What kind of support can I expect if I need help understanding my financial reports?
After receiving your monthly reports, you can schedule a meeting with us to review and discuss any questions you may have.
